Powerlifting attempt selection calculator
Write down all nine attempts, check the jumps and calculate the total waiting on your third lifts.
Your attempt card
Load the cardEnter all nine planned attempts. The tool totals the third attempts and flags jumps that need another look.
This planner checks the shape of the card. It does not choose safe attempts for you. Use recent competition-standard training, your goal for the day and the current federation rules when making the final call.
Each attempt has one job.
The opener gets you into the competition. The second builds the total. The third takes the opportunity the first two attempts earned.
Choose the opener from lifting you can repeat under the commands, on an ordinary day. A gym number that depends on perfect conditions is a poor foundation for the rest of the card.
The second and third attempts should respond to what happens on the platform. Print the plan, then leave room to change it when a lift moves differently than expected.
