1. You tell us what stronger means
The form starts with the goal because that is the first routing decision. Powerlifting, serious general strength and first-competition enquiries are in scope for the launch coach.
We also ask how you want to train and where you are. Online works across Northern Ireland; in-person and hybrid matching is focused around Greater Belfast and nearby.
- Sport or strength focus
- Current experience
- Online, in-person or hybrid
- Location and competition date

2. The enquiry takes the right path
Suitable powerlifting and strength enquiries can be sent to the launch coach for follow-up. An in-person request outside the coverage area can be held for a future network rather than presented as a match that does not exist.
HYROX follows a deliberately separate route. It is collected for future specialist coaches and is not sent to the current powerlifting and strength coach.
- Launch-coach candidate
- Future coach network
- HYROX specialist waitlist
- Manual review when the answer is unclear
3. You decide after talking to the coach
A match is not a purchase and does not guarantee availability. The coach confirms the scope, contact format, price and any competition support directly with you.
Get Strong NI does not invent qualifications, testimonials or availability. As the coach network grows, every published profile will use information verified with that coach.
