Northern Ireland first. Stronger from there.

A clear, independent route from ‘I want to get stronger’ to a coach who can help with the stated goal.

Why this exists

People often reach serious strength training through a messy collection of programmes, gym advice and social media clips. Finding a specialist coach locally can be harder than finding more information.

Get Strong NI gives that search a direct destination. The launch focus is powerlifting and strength coaching because a coach is ready to receive suitable leads from Northern Ireland.

  • People preparing for a first meet
  • Lifters who want a stronger total
  • Existing competitors seeking improvement
  • People pursuing serious general strength

What independent means

This site is not the personal brand of the launch coach and does not imply ownership by a federation, gym or existing Northern Ireland organisation. That separation lets the service add verified coaches later if the model works.

Independence also means responsibility: no fake local address, no invented coach directory and no claim that an enquiry is matched when the relevant specialist does not exist yet.

How the standard shows up

Beginner-friendly means explaining without condescension. Serious performance means caring about measurable outcomes. Evidence-led means using training information to make decisions and being willing to change those decisions.

The visual identity is intentionally raw and direct: black-and-white training photography, chalk-white type, restrained red accents and language that says what the service does at first glance.
